Sales Tax
Oklahoma residents add 4.75% (.0475) sales tax.

Return Policy

We can not give refunds or exchanges on recordings but will gladly replace a damaged recording with the same title.

Our dulcimer accessories (stands, tuners, cases, etc.) are chosen from the best products available to us. We are certain you will be pleased with any of these, but if you aren’t, you may return them, undamaged, for a full refund less shipping and restocking (15%) charges.

Master Works instruments are guaranteed for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase against faulty material and workmanship to the original owner. (Please mail warranty card to Master Works upon purchase.) You are allowed 10 days from the day you receive your instrument to fully evaluate your purchase. You may return the instrument within that time for an exchange less shipping charges or return it for a refund minus shipping charges and $45 restocking fee.

  Orders are normally shipped the next day. If an item is temporarily backordered, we will ship the rest of the order immediately and the backordered item ASAP.
